Real Housewives Kids Share Plastic Surgery Procedures

Many Real Housewives stars have been candid about cosmetic enhancements, and now, the next generation is openly discussing their own choices.

From confirmed procedures to fiercely denying getting work done, here’s where some of the most talked-about Housewives kids stand on plastic surgery:

Antonia Gorga

Real Housewives of New Jersey star Melissa Gorga‘s daughter, Antonia Gorga, went under the knife for a rhinoplasty — and shared the news on social media in June 2026.

“Girl, don’t do it, it’s not worth it,” Antonia lip-synced in a video, before adding, “I’m just thinking about it, I’m not going to do it.” In the next clip, she mouthed, “I did it,” while wearing a bandage over her nose.

She captioned the TikTok, “Surprise…. #nosejob .”

Melissa cosigned her only daughter’s procedure, commenting on her Instagram announcement, “Oh my God! My baby is being open and honest .”

Antonia’s procedure was done by plastic surgeon Dr. Sam Rizk, who previously performed fellow RHONJ alum Jennifer Fessler‘s 2023 facelift and rhinoplasty.

“Tonia!!! You went to the best of the best!” Fessler gushed via Instagram comment. “I’m so excited for you although I agree with Margaret [Josephs that you were already stunning]. I can’t imagine you could be more gorgeous.”

Gia Giudice

Antonia’s cousin Gia Giudice has been the subject of plastic surgery speculation for years — and she set the record straight in 2025.

“Ask me anything I’ve gotten done, please,” Teresa Giudice’s firstborn exclusively told Us Weekly in April 2025. “Honestly, the biggest thing that bothers me is everyone thinks that I have insane fillers all over, and I have never gotten a filler in my life. I swear on my life, everything on me.”

The Next Gen NYC star further confirmed she gets Botox in her forehead and got a nose job in 2020 from Dr. Geoffrey Tobias.

“I wanted a very natural look,” Gia said of her rhinoplasty. “I mean, I went to the Bahamas and my dad didn’t even notice that I got a nose job. So that just shows you, … but it was very minimal. I didn’t do any drastic changes.”

She added, “I’m very open to plastic surgery, not that I plan on getting any in the future or any more right now. I don’t have anything that I want to get done, but I think do what makes you happy. Do what makes you feel good, what makes you feel confident, and it’s your body so do what you want.”

Ariana Biermann

Kim Zolciak‘s daughter Ariana Biermann hit back at lip injection rumors when she was just 16.

“I’m so over people asking me this, I am 16, dude I’ve had no plastic surgery whatsoever,” Ariana wrote via her Instagram Stories in July 2018.

The next year, she began experimenting with lip filler.

“I didn’t end up getting them done, I think, until I was honestly maybe like 17. And then you go crazy,” Ariana told People in July 2025. “[I] had to get them dissolved twice. I’m on my third time bringing them back and trying not to do them too much. I think that it’s definitely hard, also the world we live in with how normal plastic surgery is and filler and all these things.

Her older sister, Brielle Biermann, has also previously gotten filler.

Kat and Max Dubrow

As a plastic surgeon and Botched star, Terry Dubrow’s daughters constantly ask him for cosmetic work. (Terry’s wife, Heather Dubrow, stars on The Real Housewives of Orange County.)

“Because we’re plastic surgeons, because of social media, my daughters are asking for procedures now daily, which is not something I’ve been a big fan of,” Terry exclusively told Us in 2021. “They are sort of manipulating me into allowing certain things. … It’s an interesting time to be raising young girls.”

While Terry was initially against allowing his kids to go under the knife, Max persuaded her dad to change his mind.

“I had previously been against anything like that under the age of 21 or 18 for sure, but she said to me, ‘Well, I’m going to get my nose pierced if you’re not going to let me do that,’” Terry recalled. “I said, ‘I’ll make you a deal. If you don’t get your nose pierced, I’ll let you have a little bit of … lip filler.’ She goes, ‘OK.’ So she gets it. She’s goes, ‘I was never going to get my nose pierced.’”
