The 2026 MLB season is gearing up for week eleven. Through the first ten weeks, numerous players have gotten off to fast starts. There have been front-runners for All-Star selections, early cases for season-long awards, as well as rookies quickly making a name for themselves in the Majors. Heading into week eleven, here are the top 10 first basemen in the league.

1. Ben Rice, New York Yankees

4. Nick Kurtz, Athletics
The second-year player has continued to produce after his monster rookie season. He’s on pace for 30 home runs and 90 RBI. He’s blossoming into one of the league’s top first basemen.
5. Bryce Harper, Philadelphia Phillies

The veteran has helped the Phillies battle their way in the National League East. Entering the week, Harper is second in Philadelphia’s lineup in home runs and RBI. As the team battles for the division, Bryce Harper will be relied upon to produce in key situations.
6. Willson Contreras, Boston Red Sox
Contreras is having one of the best starts of his career. He’s hitting for power and reaching base at a high clip. Entering the week, he leads the Red Sox in total bases.
7. Jonathan Aranda, Tampa Bay Rays
Jonathan Aranda has helped propel the Rays to the top of the American League East. Entering the week, he leads Tampa Bay in RBI. He has become one of the most underrated MLB first basemen.
8. Christian Walker, Houston Astros

Walker has been the Astros’ top producer other than Yordan Alvarez. Entering the week, he leads Houston in RBI. The veteran can be one of the top available players at the trade deadline.
9. Alec Burleson, St. Louis Cardinals
At 27 years old, Alec Burleson is the oldest player on the young, highly competitive St. Louis roster. The veteran continues to give the team solid production. Entering the week, he is second on the team in RBI.
10. Sal Stewart, Cincinnati Reds
The rookie is having a tremendous start to the season. Entering the week, he is tied for first in home runs and RBI among Cincinnati Reds hitters. He will be a finalist for the NL Rookie of the Year Award.
