With just five days remaining until the NFL Draft, the league’s rumor mill has already kicked into overdrive.
That buzz reached another level Saturday, as the Cincinnati Bengals made a blockbuster move, shipping out the No. 10 overall pick to the New York Giants in exchange for star defensive tackle Dexter Lawrence.
Reported by NFL Network’s Ian Rapaport, not only will Lawrence be on the way to Cincinnati ahead of the draft, but he’ll also be receiving a “big money extension.”

Contract details have not yet been made public, but we will keep fans updated as more information becomes available.
For Lawrence, the move marks a new chapter as he heads into his eighth NFL season in 2026.
Since entering the league in 2018, the three time pro bowler has racked up 30.5 sacks, five forced fumbles, and an interception, cementing himself as one of the premier defensive tackles in football.
The deal checks boxes for both sides: Cincinnati lands a proven force to anchor its defensive front, while Lawrence gets the opportunity to secure the lucrative deal he has been seeking.
Meanwhile, the Giants now shift their focus squarely to the NFL Draft, where they suddenly hold two top-10 selections.
That added draft capital puts New York in a powerful position as attention turns toward Day 1 on Thursday, April 23.
