“Mono-threading” (she posted about it herself )
Back in 2020, Eva Mendes posted on Instagram a photo of herself getting a cosmetic treatment called mono-threading. It looked scary because there were needles involved, but it’s far from something like a facelift (which is actual plastic surgery) and is simply aimed at firming up skin and encouraging collagen production.

When talking about her beauty routine and turning 50, Eva has also mentioned that in some photos she thought her jaw looked funky, and she considered getting it lasered. So while we don’t know for sure if she actually ended up getting that procedure, we do know that she has at least shown interest in it and spoken about it publicly.
What’s Rumoured (But Not Confirmed)
Despite the fact that it was never addressed, confirmed, or denied by Eva, people online have run wild reporting that she’s had a multitude of things done to her face. People have speculated that she got a nose job, fillers in her cheeks and lips, a potential brow lift, buccal fat removal, and even a mini facelift. All of these are based on random collages of photos.
Eva has never talked about wanting or getting any surgical procedures, so the jury is still out on all of these “accusations.” And if you see someone reporting that she definitely had this or that done, they’re doing guesswork without any actual fact-checking.
