‘The Secret Lives of Mormon Wives’ Is Back! Plus Everything Else We’re Watching in March
By the time the weekend rolls around, staying in and watching a show are just about the only plans that sound appealing to me. I used to get excited about getting dressed up and staying out late, but I won’t lie to you, those days are over. Instead, streaming what’s new is now my idea of a wild Saturday night. I’m so committed to it, I’m even marking release dates in my calendar months in advance.
With all of the streaming services now, it can be hard to keep up with what to watch and where to watch it. However, this month, the lineups are so good that you’ll want to ensure you have a subscription to every platform, or at least your friends’ passwords. These shows and movies are about to be the sole topic of conversation in The Everygirl’s #watercooler Slack channel, and I’ll be damned if I miss out on that.
Cancel your plans and get comfortable because it’s time to hit “Play.” Without further ado, here are some of the most anticipated shows and movies that are new on streaming this month.

For the girlies that fell in love with Leo Woodall in the hit Netflix series One Day, this one’s for you. He stars alongside Rachel Weisz, a passionate but reckless professor whose world begins to unravel as she finds herself dangerously fixated on her magnetic new colleague (Woodall). As boundaries blur and secrets simmer, she’ll risk everything to bring her most scandalous fantasies to life.
Age of Attraction (Season 1)
I’ll admit it—I’m a total sucker for reality TV, so this new series is heading straight to the watchlist. In this social-experiment dating series, hosted by Nick Viall and Natalie Joy, age is thrown out the window as a group of daters discovers whether love is truly ageless.
Peaky Blinders: The Immortal Man
Cillian Murphy, the man that you are. This new film is set during WWII and follows a retired, exiled Tommy Shelby returning to action in a broken city. He must stop his son, Duke Shelby (Barry Keoghan), from involving the gang in a dangerous Nazi plot, and confront his own dark legacy to protect his family.
Something Very Bad Is Going to Happen (Season 1)
As soon as I saw that this show was produced by the Duffer brothers, I knew it would be a must-watch. The horror miniseries follows a bride-to-be (Camila Morrone) who feels a deep, impending sense of doom in the week leading up to her wedding at a secluded, snowy vacation home. If you’re looking for a new show that’ll keep you on the edge of your seat, look no further.

Wicked: For Good
While many of us ran to the theaters to watch the second Wicked movie, I know there are some out there who have been patiently waiting for the film to drop on streaming platforms. I’m here to happily announce that the streaming debut is coming to Peacock this month! Sit back, grab your popcorn, and be ready to sing along with Glinda and Elphaba from the comfort of your home.

#MomTok is so back, ya’ll, with more gossip and secrets than ever before. Not to mention, a future Bachelorette! Will the success of the ladies tear them further apart or bring them closer together?
The Bachelorette (Season 22)
Just when you thought you’d had enough, Taylor Frankie Paul is here to stay—this time as The Bachelorette. It’s time to watch as a group of men strive for Taylor’s heart (and roses) in the season 22 premiere. And in true MomTok fashion, I’m sure the drama will keep us entertained all season long.

Young Sherlock (Season 1)
We have Guy Ritchie to thank for this legendary origin story of Sherlock Holmes, unfolding in 1870s Oxford during the iconic detective’s early adventures. At this point, Sherlock Holmes is a disgraced young man—raw and unfiltered—when he finds himself wrapped up in a murder case that threatens his liberty. I can’t wait to watch as Sherlock takes on his first case in this action-packed mystery.
Scarpetta
Based on the best-selling novels by Patricia Cornwell, this adaptation follows a forensic pathologist as she returns to her Virginia roots, tackling a 28-year-old cold case to catch a serial killer. This crime-thriller series stars Nicole Kidman as Dr. Kay Scarpetta and Jamie Lee Curtis as her sister, Dorothy. Just from the casting alone, I’m sold.

Imperfect Women
Looking for a new true crime thriller to obsess over? This new series is just what you need. Based on Araminta Hall’s novel of the same name, Imperfect Women examines a crime that shatters the lives of three women in a decades-long friendship, starring Elisabeth Moss, Kerry Washington, and Kate Mara. As the investigation unravels, so does the truth about how even the closest friendships may not be what they seem.
For All Mankind (Season 5)
I’ve been on a sci-fi kick recently, and the new season of For All Mankind is dropping at the perfect time. Season 5 picks up in the years since the Goldilocks asteroid heist. Happy Valley has grown into a thriving colony with thousands of residents and a base for new missions. But with the nations of Earth now demanding law and order on the Red Planet, friction continues to build between the people who live on Mars and their former home.
HBO Max
DTF St. Louis
Dark comedy might be my favorite genre, so I can’t wait for this new release. This new series starring Jason Bateman, David Harbour, and Linda Cardellini follows a middle-aged love triangle that turns deadly after the trio begins using a niche dating app. Cue those uncomfortable laughs, because this one’s about to be a wild ride.
Rooster (Season 1)
A Steve Carell comedy in 2026? We’re so back. This new series stars Carell as a famous novelist of “smutty” stories who takes a job at his daughter’s college after her public breakup, triggering a storm of cringe-worthy moments and chaos. Grab your girlies and prepare for endless laughs and definitely a little second-hand embarrassment.
