“You can’t ask questions like that when you’re casting, right? It’s actually against the law,” he said of inquiring about an actor’s sexuality. “So what you have to gauge is somebody’s enthusiasm and willingness to do the work. And that’s what’s so impressive about both of these guys is they came into this being like, ‘Yeah, we’re here to do this, and we are here to make this story feel authentic and to be as real as possible.’ And they f–king hit it out of the park.”
However, Williams chose Valentine’s Day to let it be known he has a girlfriend.
“We’re definitely objectified,” Storrie, who has not commented publicly on his sexuality, told GQ in December. “I signed up knowing that would be a part of it. I really did not think my butt would be such a topic of conversation. I thought it would be more of a general, like, Oh, these guys really get into it on the show.”
Instead, when his friends text him about the show, “It’s usually GIFs of my butt from the shower.”
