Chef Anne Burrell left a suicide note before her death: police report

Anne Burrell left a “suicidal note” dated the morning of her death, according to a new police report.

The New York Police Department confirmed to People that the note was left in the primary bedroom of Burrell’s Brooklyn, NY, home and was found by an investigator following her death on June 17, 2025.

The investigator also discovered several more “suicidal” journal entries on a bed in the same room, per the police report.

The Food Network chef was found unconscious around 7:50 a.m. at her home, an NYPD spokesperson told Page Six at the time.

Emergency services promptly arrived at the scene and pronounced her dead.

Sources exclusively told Page Six that the TV personality was found next to dozens of pills by her husband, Stuart Claxton.

This is a developing story…
