a.k.a. Brands Q4 Sales & EBITDA Rise, Gives 2026 Guidance

a.k.a. Brands Holding Corp. (NYSE: AKA) said fourth quarter net sales increased 3.1% from a year earlier to $164 million.

U.S. net sales grew 5.3%, while adjusted EBITDA was $2.5 million, or 1.5% of net sales, compared to $6.2 million, or 3.9% of net sales, it stated.

The company said it expects 2026 net sales between $625 and $635 million and adjusted EBITDA of $27 to $29 million.

“We’re pleased with the progress we made in 2025 as we continued to execute against our strategic priorities and strengthen the foundation of the business,” said Ciaran Long, a.k.a. Brands CEO. “We remain focused on driving direct-to-consumer growth through exclusive, trend-right product and disciplined marketing.”

a.k.a. Brands also announced eight new Princess Polly store leases across the U.S. in Houston, Frisco, Orlando, Edina, Jacksonville, Nashville, Boca Raton and Charlotte.
