David Harbour just can’t quit Raya.
A source tells Page Six that Lily Allen’s ex is still on the exclusive dating app — the very platform where the former pair first connected, and where she allegedly caught him cheating.
Our singleton source says they recently saw his on the dating site, which indicted that he was in New York City and that his account is active.
The app, which launched in 2015, is billed as an “online membership-based community for dating, networking and making new friends.” The dating site is known for attracting celebs like Simone Biles, Amy Schumer, Joe Jonas, Channing Tatum and Chris Rock.
Reps for Harbour did not respond to request for comment.
The “Stranger Things” star and Allen met on Raya in 2019 and were wed in Las Vegas by an Elvis Presley impersonator in September 2020.
According to a Daily Mail report in January 2025, Allen had gone back on Raya to try and catch Harbour cheating.
Allen allegedly “played detective” by joining the app herself – and found her husband David Harbour, 49, had already set up a dating profile. “He was listed as being active for at least a month,” said the Daily Mail. (Harbour’s rep did not respond to the report.)
Following the split, Allen checked herself into an emotional rehab center and came out with the scathing “West End Girl” album, inspired by her break-up with the actor.
Harbour and Allen separated in February 2025.
On the song “Madeline,” Allen sang about a person — presumably Harbour — breaking the rules in their “open” marriage. She also implied that her ex is a “sex addict” who cheated on her.
Speculation also surfaced that Harbour had an affair with costume designer Natalie Tippett. (Neither responded to Page Six’s request for comment at the time.)
As for Allen, it seems like things are going better since the end of her relationship.
“When you’re in it and when you’re going through that kind of pain, people always say, ‘It will pass, you’re gonna come out the other side.’ And you really do not believe it, but I’m here a year later living my best life,” Allen said on “CBS Mornings” in November.
She is also apparently using Raya to meet people! She and actor James Norton sparked romance rumors in June 2025 after they were spotted at the Lido Festival in London.
The pair reportedly met on the app.
