The 2026 FIFA World Cup continues on Sunday, July 5, as the Round of 16 continues with a doubleheader. Sunday’s slate of games includes one of the tournament co-hosts in an iconic showdown, along with a meeting between one of the tournament’s top scorers and one of the favorites to win it all.
Sunday will be capped off with an epic clash at Estadio Azteca between Mexico and England, in what was the most anticipated game of the Round of 16 once the bracket was set.
El Tri will look to continue its dominance at Estadio Azteca, while England is searching for redemption in its first return to the venue since the infamous “Hand of God” goal.

In the opening game of the day, Brazil will take on Erling Haaland and Norway at MetLife Stadium in New Jersey, which will be home to the World Cup Final.

Every game for the remainder of the tournament will air live on FOX, with a Spanish broadcast available on Telemundo, and live streaming available for every match on Fubo.

World Cup Round of 16 TV Schedule – Sunday, July 5

- Brazil vs Norway (East Rutherford, New Jersey), 4 p.m., FOX
- Mexico vs England (Mexico City), 8 p.m., FOX
Following the Round of 16, the quarterfinals will take place from July 9 through July 11, with the semifinals set for July 15 and July 15. The World Cup Final will be held on Sunday, July 19, at MetLife Stadium in East Rutherford, New Jersey.
