Paul Cotter is joining the Canucks on a one-year, $2.15 million deal, the team announced Wednesday.
The 26-year-old spent the past two seasons with the New Jersey Devils, appearing in 158 games with 25 goals and 37 points in that span. In 79 games last season, Cotter had 192 hits.
Prior to his stint in New Jersey, Cotter spent three seasons with the Vegas Golden Knights, who drafted him 115th overall in 2018.
Across 296 career NHL games, the Canton, Mich., native has 47 goals and 82 points.
