The individual women’s Olympic figure skating competition begins on Tuesday, February 17, with the “Blade Angels” representing Team USA at the Milan-Cortina Games.
Alysa Liu, Amber Glenn, and Isabeau Levito are representing the United States in the individual event.
Entering the women’s competition, Kaori Sakamoto of Japan is favored to claim the gold medal, followed by three-time Russian national champion Adeliia Petrosian, who is competing as a neutral athlete.
