Face To Face

Sleeping face-to-face probably means you talk a lot before going to sleep. Bedtime conversations are amazing, don’t get me wrong, but how do you sleep when someone’s constantly breathing in your face? (asking for a friend). But I’m getting carried away, this position signifies that communication is the most important thing in your relationship and that’s great. 

Spooning

Lots of couples sleep while spooning. You know, one of you is the little spoon and the other person is the big spoon. This cuddle position is a crowd favorite. The big spoon is usually the person who’s the protector in the relationship, and the small spoon is the person who loves feeling safe and taken care of. But if you keep switching and both of you get to be the small and the big spoon – congratulations, you’re in a very balanced relationship where each person gets to both be protective and feel safe and cared for.
