Jemima Kirke (Jessa Johansson)

Jemima Kirke played Jessa Johansson on “Girls,” the cool girl of the group. Currently, Kirke plays the headmistress Hope Haddon on Sex Education, a Netflix series. She has also made her directorial debut in 2019 with the short film, “Marlon Brando.” She also acted in “Maniac,” a TV series with Jonah Hill and Emma Stone. She also stars in the Hulu series Conversations with Friends. 

Zosia Mamet (Shoshanna Shapiro)

Zosia Mamet’s character Shoshanna Shapiro was initially supposed to be a temporary guest star. But became a fan favorite quickly and was kept as a staple of the show. Previous to “Girls,” Zosia Mamet starred in Mad Men and Parenthood. She also starred in movies and shows like “The Boy Downstairs,” Under the Silver Lake,” and “The Unbreakable Kimmy Schmidt.”
