Use rosemary with other essential oils in combination.

Combining rosemary with other essential oils can be a powerful combination. “Each of us has preferences when it comes to the oils we choose to massage our scalp. From oils with slightly higher levels of viscosity like olive oil or coconut oil that are rich in fat to lighter essential oils like lavender oil or almond oil, each of them has a list of benefits the hair can gain. However, infusing rosemary in different oils can help amplify the benefits that can be reaped from the oil massage. If one chooses to keep it less greasy, adding 3-4 drops of rosemary oil along with almond oil and chamomile oil can create a great combination,” said Dr. Shah.

Rinse your hair with rosemary tea.

Rosemary is great for fighting inflammation. This is why using rosemary in any form is great for hair care. If you would like to use rosemary in a different way, try brewing some rosemary tea. This tea can be used as an after-wash when you are done washing your hair. Simply boil two cups of water and then add in some rosemary herbs. Let it steep for about 5 minutes, and you have a great batch of rosemary tea for an after-wash.
