Power restored in South Sioux City

SOUTH SIOUX CITY, Neb. (KCAU) — UPDATE (8:40 a.m.): The Nebraska Public Power District Outage map is showing that power has been restored in South Sioux City.


PREVIOUS: More than 1,000 people are currently without power in South Sioux City.

According to the Nebraska Public Power District, there are currently 1,067 people without power in South Sioux City.

The outage was first reported just before 7 a.m. and officials are expected to have services restored by 9:10 a.m.

The outage map states that the outage was “animal or human caused.”
