The confronting moment a man unleashed at an Asian man and his son for fishing in ‘Australian waters’ has been captured on camera.

The man, who was waring a grey hooded tracksuit displaying a Southern Cross motif told the Chinese fishermen and his son that the suburban fishing spot is ‘Australia water, not international water’ and they needed to ‘f*** off’.

A female passer-by then steps in and films the altercation, leading to a fiery war of words.

‘You need to leave,’ she says to the hooded man. ‘Why are you yelling at them? They are just fishing.’

A heated confrontation has broken out between a TikTokker and a man who harassing two fishermen to leave because they are ‘Chinese’ and can’t fish in Australian waters

The man in the tracksuit hits back, saying: ‘I’ve got family in the ADF and their country just literally nuked an Australian vessel.’

The incident the man appeared to be referring to occurred in November when Royal Australian Navy divers suffered minor injuries after a Chinese warship operated its sonar off the coast of Japan.

Richard Marles labelled the conduct of the Chinese destroyer ‘unsafe and unprofessional’ after it turned on its sonar despite HMAS Toowoomba alerting the vessel they had divers in the water untangling fishing nets from propellers.

The Chinese sonar pulse forced the divers out of the water and back onto Toowoomba, a long-range frigate.

The woman refused to back down.

‘You are are so embarrassing. Are you serious?’ the woman said.

‘Do you have nothing better to do with your day?.

‘It’s a lovely day and you are choosing to yell at these people.’

‘Enjoy your lovely day and f*** off,’ he replied.

The woman then asked the man in the tracksuit if he was proud of his behaviour, while continuing to film them.

The man insisted he had not given permission to be filmed and this violated his rights as an Australian citizenship.

‘I am having a conversation with this gentleman about fishing in Australia,’ he said.

‘This water is not international water. No Chinese people fishing in Australia here. This is local water. Thanks mate.’

The harassed fisherman appeared to pack up and get ready to leave, as the man in the hoodie tells them to speak to ‘dictator Xi Jinping’ about the issue.

‘Because my family had sonar nuked on them in international waters,’ he said while making hand gestures and speaking in slow, broken English. ‘So this water. Australian water. You stay away.

‘I see Chinese fishing in local pond, in suburban area. Not good.’

Many Aussies praised the woman for speaking up.

The Department of Agriculture, Fisheries and Forestry has been contacted for comment.
