‘To the person responsible: We will find you, we will catch you and you will be held accountable,’ Mayor Karen Bass said.

A 37-year-old man was killed in south Los Angeles early Sunday morning.

The following day, around 4:45am, a homeless man in his 50s was shot to death in downtown LA, and the third victim, in his 60s, was killed the day after.

Moore did not use the term ‘serial killer,’ but said the three victims were found dead under similar circumstances.
