The wideout joined the reigning Super Bowl champions last season as an undrafted free agent out of Clemson but didn’t play in 2022 due to injuries.
However, he hasn’t played in all seven of the Chiefs’ games this season but has recorded three catches for 34 yards in three of them.
His arrest comes less than 24 hours after the Chiefs beat the Los Angeles Chargers 31-17 to maintain their five-game winning streak.
Ross didn’t play in the win at Arrowhead Stadium, which was played out in front of Kansas City tight end Travis Kelce’s girlfriend, Taylor Swift.
Ross last featured in Patrick Mahomes’s wide receiver corps during the Chiefs’ 27-20 win at the Minnesota Vikings in Week 5 on October 8.
